健美操啦啦操社团

社团简介

主要项目为花球啦啦操和健美操，通过身体练习塑造队员的形体美、气质美，学习的基本功包括芭蕾基训、街舞、爵士以及花球啦啦操的技术，力量，柔韧，平衡，爆发力和表现力等基本素质，致力于培养身体好，品德好，学习好，跳操好的四好运动员。

开课时间

周二、三、五3:30-5:00 周二、三、五4:30-6:30 周四3:30-5:00 周三、周五3:30-5:00
