击剑社团

社团简介

击剑运动被誉为“运动中的芭蕾”，极具于观赏性。它属于非直接身体接触的对抗性运动项目，非常适合青少年儿童在身体和心理成长的过程中参与训练。在运动过程中，击剑项目可以辅助青少年儿童身体成长过程中所需要的爆发力、反应能力、协调性、心肺功能（耐力）及核心力量和柔韧性，由于击剑运动需要的是以核心力量为主的运动，在6-14岁之间不需要大力量练习，需要柔韧性练习，因此对青少年儿童的身高成长也起到促进的作用。击剑运动在实战过程中需要技战术的运用和对对手的观察和判断，会潜意识培养参与运动者设身处地在对手的角度思考问题的习惯，在心理上会提高运动员的自主行动能力、自我调整能力、自我认知能力和判断力。击剑运动看似简单优雅，实际上是以全方面培养角度出发的一项体育运动。再此欢迎有兴趣的学生参与击剑训练。
