为切实增强少先队员光荣感和组织归属感，发挥少先队岗位的教育激励作用，要构建少先队员阶梯式成长激励体系，进一步加强少先队工作体制机制建设。
自主管理学院
学生自主管理学院是学生服务学生的组织，是学校联系学生的桥梁和纽带。自主管理学院会积极维护学生的权益，通过成立学生提案小组的方式进行学生代表提案的沟通与反馈。同时积极开展丰富多彩的活动，进一步丰富学生的课余生活，促进学生个性及特长的发展，提升学生组织活动、与人沟通、相互协作等各项实践能力，培养其服务与奉献精神，最大限度地促进学生的全面发展。
