科技组

　　北京亦庄实验小学科技团队是一支积极向上、富有活力、具有职业理想、充满教育热情的优秀团队，现有教师共11位，团队成员均拥有深厚的专业背景，涉及STEM教育、高分子化学与物理、仿生智能界面材料、细胞生物学、机器人编程等多个领域。

　　科技组教师拥有先进的教育理念，重视每一节课，深入研究课堂，不断提升自身教学水平，增强专业素养。研发了多个项目式课程，在带给学生知识深度和广度的同时，力求让科技课程更具趣味性，更加吸引学生。多位教师曾在市区级教育教学竞赛中获一、二等奖，并在省级刊物上发表多篇文章。团队研究并录制的《小学科学基础实验操作》课程资源视频，在首都原创课程辅助资源征集中被评为一等奖。承担“十三五”市级课题《依托家庭实验室项目构建个性化学习系统的实践研究》，通过课题研究，在我校积极推进“家庭实验室”项目，构建了“家校合力共助学生成长”的教育模式，通过建立导师制，构建学习共同体，指导学生生成了多项优秀的探究性学习成果。此外，指导学生参加环境教育竞赛、航天竞赛、人工智能竞赛、未来工程师、金鹏科技论坛等多项竞赛，均取得优异成绩，屡次获得市级一、二等奖，指导学生的创客类作品新型立式文具盒、左撇子写字专用手垫成功申请国家级实用新型专利。
