学科教研组

美术组

　　北京亦庄实验小学美术学科由9名中青年教师组成，均毕业于国内名校。自建校以来，美术学科全面贯彻国家教育方针，在学校教育理念的带领下，美术学科教师培养学生的美术核心素养。美术教师们博学多识、精诚合作，为学校的各项活动和校园文化建设做出很大贡献，为学生发展提供了各种优质课程和社团实践体验。

　　在学校和美术学科全体老师的共同努力，我们已经形成了初具特色的美术课程，真正践行“从教走向学”。老师们结合美术核心素养、国家课标，研读课件及教材后，从学生实际情况出发，形成具有多种专业特色的教学方式。经过师生的共同探索和磨合，我们开设了丰富多彩的校本课程，包括：草木染、国画、动画、雕塑、电影等专业技能性强的实践课程，同样结合四季、生态环境也开发了二十四节气、动物、春天、环保（变废为宝、纸浆）等主题课程。这些课程不但得到校领导和专家的肯定，也得到了学生们的好评，取得了较好的教学成果。

　　近年来，美术组的教师和学生在全国以及北京市比赛中连创佳绩，获奖类别涉及绘画、手工制作、国画、书法和雕塑等。
