名师工作室

刘丽萍名师工作室

刘丽萍，全国师德先进个人、特级教师、省教学能手、省优秀教师、课程专家、省十佳师德标兵、省职业道德先进个人、北京市区级优秀党员。2013年加入亦小教师团队，任北京亦庄实验小学党支部书记和学部主任。具有多年丰富的教学和管理经验，致力于课程整合、项目化学习课程实验，尤其潜心研究学生自主能力的培养，探究如何激发学生的自主学习内驱力，提升学生的自我管理能力。著有专著《小豆豆们的全课程生活》，撰写自主学习教学案例《绘本故事中的观察与思考》《花婆婆教学设计》《鸡蛋浮起来了》等，所著《理解为先的跨学科项目化学习研究》收入语文教育蓝皮书《中国语文教育发展报告2020》中，任《语文主题学习单元解析与案例》等编委，其教育事迹获《中国教育报》中《豆爸豆妈竞亮相》一文报道。2020年6月主持大兴区课题《自我效能与小学生自主学习能力关系的研究与实践》，项目正在稳步推进中；2021年支持的北京市课题《自我效能理论支持下促进小学生自主学习的策略研究》顺利立项，并进入项目初步开展阶段。
工作室特色

教研特色：关注学生自主学习能力的培养和探究，同时关注迁移、理解和知能三级学习目标，让学生根据反馈信息，反思、完善、重新尝试学习过程，促使学生自主学习能力得到极大程度的改善和提升。

工作室成绩

工作室成员积极参与大兴区举行的各种赛课活动，工作室成员分别荣获启航杯新教师展示活动二等奖；北京市2018-2019学年度基础教育科学研究优秀论文一等奖；大兴区2020年首度优质原创课程资源评审活动中荣获一等奖；大兴区小学2019年“一师一优课 一课一名师”评选活动中荣获二等奖。所研究的课题《自主学习能力和学习策略探究》通过了大兴区申报课题。《自我效能支持下的小学生自主学习策略研究》立项北京市课题。培养两位年轻老师称为区骨干教师和骨干班主任。
