名师工作室

马蓉名师工作室

马蓉，教育硕士，毕业于陕西师范大学学科教学（语文）专业。2014年入职北京亦庄实验小学，校级名师工作室主持人，北京市大兴区骨干教师，多次承担大兴区小学语文统编教材师训工作。曾全面参与“全课程”主题读本的开发、教育教学实践，以及实验校教师培训；教材解读、教学设计、教育教学论文、班主任基本功等，在各类市、区级比赛中获一等奖；在《小学语文教学》、《语文建设》等全国中文核心期刊中，多次发表单元整体教学设计。
工作室特色

工作室成立之初的目标为：探索各类文本可迁移学习策略，由此打造各自独特的课堂学习生态，最终成就各有所专的个人发展方向。

近三年来，逐步构建起促进伙伴教师成长的学习共同体，以共读、共研、共享的方式，持续学习开展单元整体教学、项目化学习、学习共同体的课堂实践等，以促进统编语文的有效落实，推进班级课堂的深度学习。工作室老师们正各据所长，各美其美，不断优化教师素养和拓宽教室的尺度！

工作室成绩

工作室成员代金风、高瑄蔚、王润琪、亓顺芳、贾嫚、史珂、代迪欧：在大兴区中小学精品课程评选、首都优质原创课程资源评审、大兴区“停课不停学”线上教学优秀案例征集等评选中，多次获奖；2020年春季疫情防控“停课不停学”期间，多个教学视频被大兴区教育数字平台采用；在大兴区语文教师培训中，多次进行统编语文单元设计分享；在工作室展示、学校研修活动中，多次展示公开课、代表级部做分享汇报；校级、区级均有课题立项成功。
