名师工作室

王虎名师工作室

王虎，教龄27年，信息技术学科教师，我在信息技术学科上有幸接触到了许多非常先进的教学理念，曾经参加北京市教科院基教研中心组织的市级课题，学生学习模式转变的研究课题，参与了北京市第一批电子教材的研发。教学理念，孩子是天生的学习者，学习发生在孩子身上。
工作室特色

工作室成立之初，我们就建立了如下共识：

1、学习的发生之处是学生,学生是最大的教学资源。

2、教师的最高境界，是“不见自我”，是“最合脚的鞋子”。印度哲学大师奥修曾说：“当鞋合脚时，脚就被忘记了”。理想的教育应该如那合脚的鞋，让受教育者感受不到教育的存在。“教师的核心任务，不是自己‘教’，而是组织学生‘学’、服务学生‘学’。他要为学生创造生机勃勃的、令学生‘忘我’的课堂。”

3、学生快乐、美好的学习生活，是德育的真正基础。

基于以上的共识，我们找到了工作室的核心理念：一切为了学生、高度尊重学生，全面依靠学生。

我们认为现在的学习应该有如下的一些改变，应该充分发挥学生主体作用，完全改变教师讲，学生听的局面。应该突出学的作用，整个教学过程处处突出学生的学习、质疑和探究。应该突出合作，无论是课前准备还是上课时的学习，每位学生都必须在小组内充分发挥其应有的作用。 应该突出探究，让学生通过自主学习、探究获得知识，形成能力。
