吴懿纯名师工作室

吴懿纯，北京亦庄实验小学语文学科主任，经开区小学语文首席兼职教研员，区语文骨干教师。2013年毕业于北京师范大学，获硕士学位，同年入职北京亦庄实验小学。历任语文教师、班主任、年级语文学科组长等，参与了多项国家级与市、区级课题研究，参与编写多部校本教材、儿童课外读物等，语文教学及科研能力突出。曾获北京市小学生综合素质评价“先进个人”、区“学生喜爱的班主任”等荣誉称号，多次在市、区级教学比赛与科研成果评比中荣获一、二等奖。

工作室成绩

在过去的三年中，吴懿纯老师组织工作室成员通过理论研读、问题研讨、项目研究、磨课赛课等多种方式，指导和帮助年轻教师快速成长。

针对工作室成员来自低、中、高不同学段的实际，在理解与研究国家教改趋势的前提下，结合成员们的学段需求，特别是教学中遇到的棘手问题展开研究。工作室先后围绕“低段晨诵教学策略”、“中高段古诗文教学策略”、“学生合作学习策略”、 “高段阅读教学策略”、“中高段大单元教学策略”等重要教育教学内容，以理论研读、专家引领、项目支撑与课堂实践相结合的方式，展开了一系列探究教研活动，有效帮助工作室成员不断提升教育理论水平、教学质量及科研能力，研究成果多次在市、区级科研成果评选中获一二等奖。
